Your child's EHCP will be reviewed each year (if there are significant changes/request for changes, an Early Review can be called).  The review will take part with key professionals (and others you may wish to invite) that are involved in your child's life.  You and your child will be invited to take part in the review, as your input is essential.

At Southfield, we help children to complete a document called "All About Me", which as the title states, is all about the child from their perspective, telling adults about their interests, friends, important people in their life and if they feel safe, amongst other topics. This is part of the review process.
