Message from the Headteacher

It is my absolute pleasure to welcome you to Southfield School.

Our school vision is to support all children so they thrive during their time at Southfield School and are prepared socially, emotionally and academically for their next steps in education. 

Southfield prides itself on treating every pupil as an individual; your child could be my child and therefore we will strive to give your child the best possible educational experiences for the future. Education is not about today, next week, next year, but about who your child will be at 16, 19 and 25 and will collaborate as a team to ensure that your child will be confident, as independent as possible, know what they are good at and have the most fulfilling future possible.

Team Southfield are privileged to be able to work with your child; in watching them grow in confidence, be able to collaborate with others, communicate their wants, needs, dreams and aspirations and support them in getting there.

Southfield is the school that ‘does what it says on the tin’ and has big dreams for your child. Every child deserves a champion, we will be the champion for your child.
