Behaviour Charter
A Southfield pupil will be confident, have self-esteem and self-belief which can be transferred into appropriate and accelerated learning inside the classroom and beyond. Our pupils will have emotional literacy, know how and when to ask for help and will follow the behaviour charter.
Our behaviour charter encompasses everything we want from a Southfield pupil. We want our pupils to be kind and caring to their peers and adults. We encourage them to be friendly to everyone and want them to be helpful at school and at home. We like to see them being hard working to support their progress with their learning and we teach the pupils the importance of being truthful. Taking care of our school teaches our pupils how to look after our environment at school, home and in the wider community.
We discuss our behaviour charter throughout the day, rewarding behaviour charter stickers to pupils who are following the behaviour charter and our 'Star of the week,' is for a pupil who has followed the behaviour charter that week.
