Lynn Daly - Director of Business Operations
I worked as acting Office Manager at Southfield School for a year back in 2021-2022 and I am absolutely delighted to have returned to Southfield.
Throughout my career, I have held various roles in diverse educational settings. Prior to working in Education, I worked for many years as an Office Manager for an International Premiums Agency.
My role at Southfield is to oversee the Office Team and my areas of responsibility cover Procurement, Finance, Recruitment, H.R. and IT.
Fun Fact: I am a keen golfer and have been lucky enough to have achieved two "hole in ones".
Cheryl Bodrozic - Family Partnership and Safeguarding Manager
I have worked in a wide range of educational settings over many years. My career began as a part-time nursery assistant, and after working my way through the ranks, I left this setting after 17 years as a pre-school manager.
I then moved to Welwyn Garden City to work as an outreach worker for the family centre. In this role, I supported families experiencing very challenging circumstances.
To gain more experience working with a broader age range of children and young people, I joined the Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield Local Schools Partnership. After two years, I progressed to the role of Lead School Family Worker.
For the past eight years, I have provided leadership in delivering family support across 31 primary and secondary schools in Welwyn, Hatfield, and Hertsmere.
My role at Southfield enables me to offer a uniquely tailored family support service. I help families access knowledge, signposting, services, and interventions that support children in achieving their full potential.
Fun Fact: I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Education Studies (First Class) from the University of Hertfordshire at the age of 44.
