Jo Moxham teaching multi sports
Fri 31 Jan 2025Some children have been learning how to warm up before exercising. The children found a gym mat to stand on to keep themselves safe when they perform their gymnastics. Jo Moxham has been teaching us how to roll correctly, how to balance and jump safely. The children can now stand safely on a bench with their feet together and land with bending their knees and on both feet. We have been learning a set of exercises and we put them together to perform a sequence of gymnastics. The children know how to end their sequence with a smart position.
Jo comes into school to support the children in a range of sports activities and invites us out to events to. Jo comes to us from Stanborough school as the School Community Sports
