Breakfast club at Southfield
Thu 10 Jul 2025A nutritious healthy breakfast at the start of the school day supports pupils to focus and increases their ability to concentrate and access learning.
There are well-known cognitive benefits to eating breakfast for children and young people, such as improved attention, executive functioning, and memory. Additionally, there is a link between eating breakfast and higher academic success and improved behaviour.
This is something we will continue in our next academic year and for years to come.
