Tue 21 Oct 2025Jays' class recently had the exciting opportunity to visit Sky Studios, where they stepped into the world of movie-making and media production. In preparation for the trip, the children worked in teams to plan their own movie ideas, developing storylines and characters ready to bring to life.
Once at the studios, the students were immersed in a hands-on experience using professional technology and props to create their own short films. From green screens to sound effects, they explored the creative process behind filmmaking and saw their ideas come alive on screen.
The visit also included a behind-the-scenes tour of the studio facilities. Students watched movie trailers in Sky’s private cinema room and were thrilled to sit in the original Jurassic Park jeep used in the iconic 1993 film — a definite highlight of the day!
