Music For Autism
Wed 04 Mar 2026Music For Autism was founded in response to the transformational impact music has on the Founders own autistic son.
Now, the members of the MFA orchestra make visits to Schools spreading their wonderful music for the pupils to move freely. Visits by their musicians mean that young people with autism can have similar access to the experience of live classical music as those of their peers who can meet the behavioural expectations of formal concert attendance
We are honoured to have John and his orchestra bringing the sound of live classical music to our children. -

Southfield Art Club
Fri 30 Jan 2026Southfield had their first session of Art club on Friday, and it went incredibly well. For our first session, we got to know our fellow artists and have a free painting session. We used paints on canvases and easels to paint whatever came to our minds. We loved sharing our paintings with each other, discussing colours and what we drew. This week we also received our Art club badges that we can wear around school and show that we are proud artists.

In week three, we explored emotions by playing fun games. The sessions will continue for the next three weeks and will continue to explore friendships, advocacy and what makes me unique!
